Report: Boldin could play on Sunday

Baltimore Ravens v San Diego Chargers

On December 22, Ravens coach John Harbaugh said that receiver Anquan Boldin would miss the last two games of the regular season. As it turns out, Harbaugh may have been incorrect.

John Clayton of ESPN.com reports that Dr. James Andrews has cleared Boldin to practice “and possibly play” on Sunday against the Bengals on Sunday.

Boldin has surgery last month to repair a slight cartilage tear in his knee. He’s officially listed as doubtful, which means that he technically has a 25 percent chance of playing.

The Ravens need a win at Cincinnati to nail down the AFC North title and the No. 2 seed that will go along with it. If the Ravens lose and the Steelers beat the Browns, Pittsburgh will win the division -- and the Ravens once again will have to hit the road when the postseason starts.
