If Andy Reid goes to Jeffrey Lurie and says he can’t hire Spagnuolo because Jim Washburn can’t work with him, Lurie should tell Reid that he can take Washburn and Castillo along with him when he leaves.

If Spagnuolo is fired he’d have his pick of several DC openings and maybe a shot at a head coaching gig. Why would he chose to go to a team that’s going to hamstring him be picking his staff for him?

Well, you could see Washburn and Howard Mudd take jobs with whatever team hires Jeff Fisher. Then, Reid hires Spags and moves Castillo back to coach the O-Line.
