Giants missed a 3rd and 1 AND a 4th and 1 yesterday, both runs right up the gut. I’m a Giants fan, and it frustrated the heck out of me that they couldn’t get the push. But I’m glad they didn’t just quit.

However, it is pretty understandable to see why Jason Garrett will be back: he was 8-8, thus not a loser; has three years left on his contract, and has a letdown for a defensive coordinator in Rob Ryan.

Ryan is bad for the team because he’s a regularly jinxes the Cowboys, talks too much about a head coaching future (thus he thinks about it too much), and has a flawed scheme (however, with some underperforming players too)!!!

If Dallas needs to fire someone, it’s Rex’s twin brother!!!

What you’re failing to recognize is Michael Boley made one of the most spectacular defensive plays of the year. As a Giants fan 1) it would be nice to see Boley get some recognition for the play 2) to blame this loss on Romo is ridiculous. He played well, especially since he was hurt. The rest of his team can’t say the same. Lots of blown opportunities, missed tackles, and stupid mistakes. Perhaps it would be better to ask the Dallas defense why it was, in the final game of season, they didn’t know where to line up on at least a quarter of the Giants plays?
