Despite the disputed setback to Ben Roethlisberger’s ankle, there’s no doubt who will start at quarterback for the Steelers this Sunday.

There is some doubt about who will start at center.

Maurkice Pouncey sat out practice Thursday after coming out of Wednesday’s practice very sore. Offensive coordinator Bruce Arians said he’s worried about Pouncey’s availability to face the Broncos, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.

Pouncey’s status could be key because he is likely to be faced up against underrated Broncos defensive tackle Brodrick Bunkley. And the Steelers need all the help they can get protecting Roethlisberger.

Meanwhile, Roethlisberger returned for a full practice on Thursday.

Three other Steelers missed practiced entirely, but they are expected to play Sunday: James Harrison (toe), Brett Keisel (groin) and Troy Polamalu (calf).
