Nine days after the Eagles’ season ended, head coach Andy Reid has still not said who his defensive coordinator will be in 2012. And one report out of Philadelphia indicates that Reid is in no hurry to make a move.

Geoff Mosher of the News Journal reports that Reid is on vacation until the end of the week and isn’t likely to make any decisions until he returns.

Although several reports have suggested that Reid will replace defensive coordinator Juan Castillo with former Rams head coach Steve Spagnuolo, that move apparently won’t happen this week.

Reid has already fired one member of his defensive staff, cornerbacks coach Johnnie Lynn. If Reid hires Spagnuolo or someone else from the outside as defensive coordinator, Castillo may be moved to cornerbacks coach.
