You certainly make some misplaced assumptions in your analysis .
Should Luck sign with CAA, you seem to conclude that Manning and Luck MUST be conspiring . OR if CAA signs Griffin, Luck will look elsewhere for an agent .
With the advent of a true Rookie salary Cap, it doesn't matter who represents them. They will both get the maximum allowable under the cap.

It will, I guess Hue Jackson's agent should have helped him keep his job, you know since he represents the new GM in oakland also.

He really does not need an agent at this time -- at least not for his NFL contract.

His compensation will be slotted under the new CBA.

If he wants an agent to handle his licensing/endorsement and personal appearance w0rk, it's a different animal.

Maybe Luck can do a "discount double check" commercial, too!

I just have a bad feeling about Luck. There really is no zip on his ball whatsoever. ... and he throws the ball with one foot off the ground, but no one seems to mention it. At best he will be a good game manager.

Let's be realistic. What sentence does his name fit best in?

Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, Andrew Luck

or

Tim Couch, David Carr, Andrew Luck.
----------------
Which sentence would Nostradamus pick?

"Where else is tannehill gonna go? Jones and Barkley have already bowed out genius. He isn’t climbing because they think he is better. He is simply benefitting from several qb needy teams and only 2 real franchise potential qb’s to choose from and Tannehill isn’t one of them"

Yes, he is absolutely one of them.

Moreover, Tannehill was going ahead of Jones had he come out.

The shine was off on Landry Jones. He was slipping on draft boards and if he came out, he probably wouldn't have even been a first rounder. Why do you think he went back to OU?

Barkley might have gone ahead of Tannehill, hard to say. Regardless, where they go is not my concern.

Tannehill was going to be a first rounder regardless of Barkley, and maybe top 15 to Seattle.

I mean, CHRISTIAN PONDER and BLAINE GABBERT, went top 15. And Tannehill is five times the prospect they were

Not only is Griffin not better than Luck, he’s not a lick better of a prospect than Tannehill. either.

Tannehill, who, as I’ve been saying for months, would rise on draft boards, is doing just that.

As for Weeden and Wilson....

Weeden would be a first rounder in my opinion if it weren't for his age.

Wilson is short, but already plays behind an NFL sized line at Wisconsin, has a good arm and good ball placement, is mobile, and a natural leader.

He came into Wisconsin and boom, everyone in that locker room followed him.

Wilson would be a first rounder if he were taller. I still think he's an NFL starter.

Nick Foles is overrated by the media. He's pretty much Nathan Enderle. Not very impressive.

Luck, Tannehill, Griffin, Wilson and Weeden.

Those are your top five quarterbacks in order.

I've been accused of "hating" Griffin round these parts, something which happens often when I'm not slobbering over a prospect as some are.

Yet, Griffin still number three on my board. Still, NFL personnel people are starting to wake up to the fact that Griffin comes out of the same air raid offense as Graham Harrell, doesn't read defenses, has problems deciphering information between the hashes....

Tannehill has a ridiculous amount of upside, and he's got elite accuracy and mobility to boot. All of his problems are readily fixable through coaching.

I bet he goes to Washington with Shanahan. My money's on that.

Cleveland would be wise to take Tannehill and use their second first rounder on Floyd.

Why in the world are these rookies giving a three percent commission when the contracts are slotted? The rookies really only need a good sports lawyer to look over the contract and make sure any incentives are reachable and consistent with similar contracts of players picked near that slot.

The NBA has banned agent commissions for rookie contracts.

Dungy is wrong.

Not only is Griffin not better than Luck, he's not a lick better of a prospect than Tannehill. either.

Tannehill, who, as I've been saying for months, would rise on draft boards, is doing just that.
