Please bring in a real Offensive Coordinator and stop promoting from within. Look what happened when we promoted Manusky from LB Coach to our Defensive Coordinator. The guy sucked and had no scheme what so ever!

Um, the Chargers have an OC in Norv Turner. What they need is a Head Coach as Norv is one of the worst in the league.

Hue would take the job, but would need to call the plays, and tell Norv, and AJ what to do. Also thell the players it’s all their fault if they do not win.

Well, Hue would actually have to NOT be an embarrassing failure to “stick it” to the Raiders by going to a divisional rival. I’m sure Oakland would love to know that he was going to go jeopardize the playoff chances for one of their competitors.
