Early signs for Ed Reed look promising

Cincinnati Bengals v Baltimore Ravens

Ravens safety Ed Reed had to be carried off the field late in Sunday’s win over the Texans.

It looked ugly, but early indications are that Reed wasn’t seriously hurt. Coach John Harbaugh said Reed was “Okay” and the team suffered no serious injuries against Houston.

Reed did multiple post-game interviews and walked off the field without trainers nearby. He told reporters he rolled his ankle, but that he would be ready to go next week.

“We’re coming and they know it,” Reed said about the Patriots.

So Reed is already talking a little trash. He must be feeling pretty good.
