Santonio is a nutcase but he is a proven commodity who can play ball. Sure he’s only slightly more mature than Dez Bryant, but he can play and he should get the ball.

Sanchize on the other hand is the real loose cannon. Dude plays 1 good game per month.
His poor games are ones where fundamentals are nowhere to be found.

Get the Jets a decent QB, even a Jon Kitna-caliber veteran, and they go 10-6 with minimal changes.

PS, I hate the Jets.

As a Jets fan it amazes me how even though we’re not even playing how there’s still at least 5 Jets stories per week on this site. Most of them are just rehash and gossip but its still pretty impressive.

As for Mark and Tone. They’ll work it out, they’re professionals. LT will be lucky to be back at all

Except for the fact that TO cried even though he had capable quarterbacks throwing to him of course.

Prima Donna wide receiver just like DeSean Jackson and Stevie Johnson all they care about is themselves.

Good luck picking up a job Santonio just like TO did…teams are sick of it as are the fans and you will soon enough be unemployed like TO

Obviously you dump Holmes and keep Sanchez, it’s a total no-brainer decision. Holmes is a mouthy diva WR, of which there is no shortage. Sanchez is the starting QB, a position that can be difficult to fill. He’s way too young to just abandon at this point, who knows how many of his woes are attributable to shabby, lazy coaching and noisy, demanding diva WR’s questioning his skill?

The Jests aren’t going to trade for Peyton Manning or anyone else, they won’t be in the running in the Matt Flynn FA derby and there won’t be any serious QB prospects on the board when they draft. So, believe it or not, Sanchez is their best available option. Sanchez may be nothing special but face facts, he’d be an upgrade in at least 8-9 other places. Holmes is a guy who’s made a few big catches, big deal. He can be replaced overnight and the fact that he wasn’t immediately waived tells you that the 2012 Jests won’t be going anywhere either.

I don’t care what Santonio Holmes says, at least he can catch the football, the real problem is Sanchez can’t get it to him or for that matter any of the other receivers. Sanchez is NOT or anywhere near a top NFL QB. The Jets over bid and over paid for this guy, he will never be a top QB in the NFL. The best bet for Sanchez would be as a back-up QB. Sorry Jets you’re stuck with him for two more years unless you can find someone to take him off your hands, or cut him and eat the rest of the contract. Next time do your homework on top draft picks.

“So when it gets to that point there are certain changes that need to happen.” So he takes it to the public hoping Holmes’ Mother will be able to do something. And if she can’t, taking it to the public will force management’s inaction into action.
