The Patriots defense forced a three-and-out against the Ravens on Baltimore’s first three possessions Sunday. But the Patriots didn’t make them pay.

Since then, Joe Flacco is on fire. He’s hit seven straight passes, with three of them going for more than 20 yards as the Ravens tied the Patriots 10-10 with six minutes left in the second quarter.

Tom Brady has misfired on a few passes to open receivers and he was picked off early. The Patriots are finding holes on the ground, with BenJarvus Green-Ellis rushing for 47 yards on seven carries.

So the Patriots are out-running the Ravens and the Ravens are out-passing the Patriots. Just like everyone expected.

UPDATE 4:35 p.m. ET: The Patriots lead 13-10 at halftime.
