Ravens take lead with Patriots secondary shorthanded

Patriots starting cornerback Kyle Arrington is hurt, and his absence has shown up right away in the Patriots secondary.

Arrington’s replacement Sterling Moore missed a tackle that led directly to a 29-yard touchdown by Torrey Smith.  The Ravens lead 17-16 late in the third quarter.

The Patriots are using guys like Moore, Antuan Molden, and Julian Edelman in their secondary. Joe Flacco has played terrific, constantly converting third downs into tight windows.

New England has settled for field goals too often, and it has set up a fun end to this game.
