Hey, I love our guys win or lose. Wouldn’t trade them for any other team. But it’s goofy to be talking about what they’d have done in the championship game when they couldn’t get past Denver. I’m not an ass in real life, so I try not to play one on the football blog.

But they have before! Ray Lewis has one ring that should be given to Jamaal Lewis for carrying that team. This current team is all talk, no action. Always have been, always will be: the Steelers bee-yatch! Even the year they did win it all, Kordell beat them in regular season.

I love my Steelers, but CKL is far from an idiot. She’s an extremely knowledgeable football fan. Both she and I are basing our comments about Ben and Flacco’s stats on Ben and Flacco’s stats, not on some fantasy about Steelers players always pulling off a miracle win. I’ve watched my Steelers lose quite a few championship games over the years. And Ben, Troy, and company didn’t pull off any miracles last year in the Super Bowl. Like I said, I love my team. What I don’t love is people claiming to be Steelers fans acting like arrogant boobs instead of basing their comments on facts.

There are at least a dozen AFC qb’s that should be between Timmy and Honolulu.

So you’re saying anyone could have stepped in and caught TD’s in double and triple coverage and put up CJ’s numbers.

Also, you realize that, purely taking away CJ’s numbers, that puts him basically at the bottom of the QB’s who started the whole season. Pretty easy to out-stat quarterbacks who didn’t play the entire year.

It’s no secret, if you are able to actually take Johnson out of the game, Stafford wasn’t going to do much with the rest of the receivers.

So, again, congrats on having a QB who was great at throwing to Calvin Johnson.

The reason he was able to come back so many times is because they were behind due to his ineptitude for the previous 58 minutes. They won games because of their defense. Guys like Dumervil, Miller and Bailey.

Until he proves he can play well for longer than a commercial break, he is about as deserving of playing in an all-pro game as Blaine Gabbert.

You, my friend are a complete idiot. Flacco couldn’t hold the bathroom stall for Ben on date night…. Ben WINS championships. Flacco brags of “road playoff wins” like his moley faced buddy Sanchez up in NYC. There are at least 7 players on Steelers that would’ve made a play to win yesterday, as they have done in the past: Ben, Hines, Troy, Harrison, Woodley, Santonio. Just my opinion. Sure hope you all enjoy the Gatoraid Super Bowl Victory you earned back in September!

That’s what I hate about the Pro Bowl voting–it really isn’t about the best players, but about the best known or most popular. Flacco’s numbers were almost identical to Ben’s this year, and it’s ridiculous that he’s not in this conversation. But then I don’t really understand the purpose of the game when it gets to the point of just calling all players to see who’s available. That kind of eliminates the “all star” aspect anyway.

Cam “The Black Tebow” ALL HYPE-IRRELEVANT!!

All this guy does is put his head down and run up the middle like a fullback. He will not have a long career because he is ripe for concussions with this style of play.

THE ONLY REASON he is on the Pro Bowl list is because they want the ratings. Period.

And just because you love Jesus more than everyone else and he loves you more than everyone else does not mean you are a Pro Bowl QB.
