Like to see Bowles as a DC somewhere…Better for him to get out of Miami…That isn’t going anywhere w/Ross and Ireland…Maybe Jimmy Buffet could get the job as the DC …

STOP! its a joke, Todd Bowles is not a qualified legitimant candidate right now. He is maybe a year a so away from being a good coordinator. The Rooney Rule hurts guys like Bowles, case and point Raheem Morris. Another quality position coach hurried before he was ready. Dennis Allen with the Raiders……………we know how this story will end. He is further away from being ready than Bowles.

Leaving Bowles – especially if he’s good – presents a real threat to Philbin’s job security.

You have to get rid of him and install your own guy. Your own guy won’t be trying to climb over you for authority over the team, or even be waiting in the wings in case you do poorly. Your own guy will owe you his shot.

Joe Philbin is simply displaying his dominance over Jeff Ireland and the rest of the organization. Simply put, he’s from a championship organization and knows what it takes, they don’t. I like it.
