You can throw out Jerry’s name but even under today’s salary cap rules, he’s still be under his rookie deal for BOTH of the rings he won while Joe was his starting QB.

I see very few Patriots fans predicting a blow out… if you look at how people are betting on this game the Patriots should be considered underdogs.

One thing the Pats have going for them is that Brady doesn’t have the pressure of having the “Perfect Season” on his shoulders – neither Green Bay, the Colts, or even Miami ever made it to 18-0

This year the pressure is off

Although Belichick has gotten a bunch of practice squad players and a converted WR/QB/KR playing DB into the Super Bowl, Manning is better than he was in 08 and the Patriots D is not as good

If not for Brady’s 3 rings already the Giants would be heavily favored

As a Giants fan, I understand that everyone outside of NY thinks we got a lucky break with the Hail Mara. But if the Giants win this one, I don’t want to hear any excuses from Pat fans. Eli is on a mission as Brady is which hopefully should make for a great game. That’s all I ask for.

There is also a part of me that believes if the Giants lose it will be because of a fumble and if the Patriots lose it will be because of a missed FG.
