Four years can change a lot.

Over that time the average Giants fan’s brain has evaporated all memory of Samuel dropping the game winning INT, calls not made and the fluke-freak Tyree catch on a final desperate drive.

In place of that reality has evolved a recollection of a domination that wasn’t even close as the great Eli proved his mastery over Brady. Laughable.

Must be all that fresh clean air in NY that explains the consistent self-delusion of fans from both teams located there.

all that Ahman Bradshaw and Hakeem Nicks bs.. aint legit. Did you forget that they held Ray Rice to what?? 67 yards in the run and pass game?? what makes you think that Ahman Bradshaw will get more than that? Its not like hes in any way better than Ray Rice.. and Shady is deff better than Bradshaw and they held him to what 61 yards?? crazy, and on top of that, Brandon Spikes is back to handle that! Hakeem Nicks too?? yeah Patrick Chung will return to this one… So its crazy for yall to try and bring up this crap about who the Giants didnt have in the week 9 meeting..

The NE fan base sounds eerily similar to the green bay and San Fran fan bases did leading into these games. Love that. Tough road you guys had to get here only beating one team over 500. No nicks and no bradshaw our first matchup and we still won?? Yea I like the giants chances.

Its kind of relevant, since Tom Fraidy played like absolute crap v. Baltimore last week, and the pressure may be getting to him – the pattern of yelling at people is a trend the Giants should be aware of .

He is pressing, as is the team. If it isn’t relevant, why the “That was four years ago” smack?

They need to get over that, and play it cool.

This Giants pass rush is more fierce than the 2007-08 version. As a patriots fan, I’m far more worried about this pass rush than the one that won Super Bowl 42.

Tough game to predict. The Giants defense has played very well the past few weeks and the Patriots defense is nowhere near as effective as it was four years ago. Eli Manning is better than he was four years ago but you could argue the same about Tom Brady.

In any case, this Super Bowl will make history. No bottom three defense (Patriots) has ever won the Super Bowl. Also, no team that finished the regular season dead last in rushing yards (Giants) has ever won the Super Bowl.

No prediction on who wins……..yet, but I think the Pats were hoping the 49′ers would be their opponent. Giants offense can match Pats point for point and the Giants defense is much better than the Pats defense……I’m thinking Giants will pull it off. I actually picked the Giants in an office pool we had with 3 weeks left in regualar season. They were starting to play good and were getting injured players back.

might want to remember that NE’s OL is a little different this time, too. koppen, neal, and kaczur, aren’t playing in this one. they’ve all been upgraded.
