I probably watched all Floyd games at ND.
I strongly believe his off-field issues are behind him.

He has a lot of potential to be elite #1 WR, worst case scenario WR#2.

I also met him once he seems down to earth.

Look for a bidding war between Cleveland and Washington for the #3 pick. Cleveland wins out, sending thier 2 1st rounders to MN. With 3rd pick, Cleveland takes RGIII, Minny takes Kahlil at #4 and brings Floyd back home with #22. Assuming The Rams take Blackmon of course.

If he can stay healthy, he has very good skills for a number 2 wr with potential to be a number 1. His speed, durability, and off field issues may just keep him out of round 1, though.

He is like Larry Fitzgerald, not a burner but has elite hands and wins all the jump balls, he is a big strong body and excellent blocker.

49ers would be great fit.
