I can’t help but think of the other coaches that have left the Bill Belichick system. What do Carlie Weis, Romeo Crennel, Josh McDaniels, and Eric Mangini all have in common?? I’m no Patriots fan, but Belichick has got to be one of the greatest coaching minds in NFL history…..he has a genius system in place. The coaches that have left that system have been colossal busts…..none more so that the over-hyped Charlie Weis….quite possibly the most overblown biggest coaching bust in college football history. I do hope O’Brien can turn around the Penn State good ‘ol boy we sold our souls for football program, and bring some respectability and integrity to that football program….I was going to say bring it BACK to that program, but there obviously wasn’t any there in the first place.
