Dielman reportedly leaning towards returning in 2012

San Diego Chargers' Mathews and Dielman celebrate a touchdown against New England Patriots during their NFL football game in Foxborough

Chargers guard Kris Dielman is considering retirement after suffering a seizure following a concussion, but early signs point towards a return to football.

Kevin Acee of the U-T San Diego reports that sources close to Dielman and team sources believe Dielman is leaning towards playing next season.

The Pro Bowler is due $5.5 million. While the Chargers are looking to save money elsewhere on the roster, Acee writes that the team will “happily pay” Dielman that money if he returns.

So he’s going to play another year and then sue the league for disability in ~ 5 years. Makes sense to me!

    JoeToronto, i love your enthusiasm.

So, remind how well the Raiders did in the playoffs.

Oh wait, the Chargers knocked you out of them and you disappeared for about a month before resurfacing your hideous face.

He should consult an excellent neurologist before making this decision.

AJ better start finding/drafting/signing some quality back ups/future starters because once Dielman does decide to hang it up, that O Line is Effed! Wait, we’re talking about AJ here…DAMN! This team is already effed as we speak! I hate you AJ/NORV.
