Have you forgotten- This was a crucial hire and although you were considered and are liked in KC- why give the keys to a man who’s unproven as a coordinated, makes no sense to me!!

From the Ravens to the Chiefs – those offenses don’t suit his talents as well. He should get a look at being the QB coach for the Dolphins if they don’t have one yet. Being around these different offenses has broadened his spectrum though. Tampa Should most definitely look at him as well.

If Zorn really wasn’t ever in consideration for the OC job, then they really screwed him.

I don’t think last year’s offensive debacle in KC was so much Zorn’s fault. Injuries aside, it seemed doomed from the start with all of the questions surrounding the play calling. It it Muir, Haley, Zorn, a combination of the three? Nobody seemed to know. Maybe that’s how Haley wanted it. I think Zorn has a lot of information to offer quarterbacks and can be a great resource for any team. If you deny him a chance at a promotion but don’t really want him yourself, that’s wrong

Lets not forget he was the QB coach for hasselbeck in seattle when they went to the superbowl and helped turn him from a 6th round draft pick to a QB who played in a few pro bowls.

He wasn’t ready to be a head coach in my opinion when he took the washington job. However that doesn’t mean he’s nto any good at what he does.

It’s bad enough that so many young teams and QB’s have to deal with knee-jerk coaching changes, but when your coordinators and staff are getting jerked around it’s even worse.
