Anyway its going to be interesting. I am a die hard raider fan and I am ready to see what these changes will produce. I would have liked Routt to stay but he would argue constantly with the other backs in the game Then he would have a holding penalty. I think a big tall strong defensive backs and safeties. I like seattle’s formula, big physical defensive backs.

No hire for hue Jackson yet? Maybe people knew something we didn’t?

You have a”wide 9″ IQ if you are seriously trying to defend that defense. So what if Babin had a career year. What about the other 10 guys? Castillo’s scheme had guys playing way out of position (Nhamdi comes to mind)

If Routt was on your team, you’d feel the same way that 99% of all Raider fans feel right now: ecstatic.

Routt was a walking defensive pass interference penalty. Sometimes he liked to spice things up with the occasional defensive holding penalty, just to let us Raiders fan know that he was still out on the field. So, what I would like to know is, how are the Raiders better off with keeping 17 pass interference penalties on the roster?
