As a player, Marcus Robertson spent 10 seasons with the Oilers/Titans. Following two final years with the Seahawks, he launched his coaching career in Tennessee.
Now, after nine years on the Titans’ staff, Robertson is leaving. According to Lions’ official website, Robertson has reunited with former Titans defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz.
In Detroit, Robertson will served as a defensive/secondary assistant coach. He replaces Brandon Fisher, who took a job with the Rams, where his father, Jeff, is the head coach.
Robertson had no Pro Bowl appearances, but he was a first-team All Pro in 1993.
