Former Falcons director of player personnel Les Snead is the new G.M. of the Rams. And the Falcons have wasted no time in replacing Snead.
A league source tells PFT that director of college scouting David Caldwell will inherit Snead’s title.
Caldwell has four prior seasons with the Falcons. Before that, he was a scout with the Colts for 10 years. He spent his first two seasons in the Panthers’ front office.
The Falcons also, we’re told, bumped coordinator of pro scouting DeJuan Polk into the position of director of pro scouting. He joined the team in 2006, after one year coaching defensive tackles at South Carolina State.
