Brady’s played alot more playoff games than Manning has. And no, it’s not Polian’s fault. It’s Peyton’s. He’s the one going for the max contract grab every time and having so much of the team’s cap tied up in himself. The one time he did restructure…..it was for a whopping 4 mil in cap space. Way to sacrifice there Peyton…..lord knows you could’ve made it back in about 10 seconds doing a commercial.

Doubtful Manning himself knows for sure if he’ll be released. Why would the Colts commit to that this far out when Luck could get into a car wreck or something else weird could happen in the interim?

A deliberately vague and ambiguous statement, I would say.
The beauty of the Texans scenario is how well the defense played after losing Mario Williams for the season. The level of play didn’t drop off at all and might’ve actually improved. If they let him walk they’ll have the financial flexibility to do a lot.
Schaub has a Lis Frank injury and those can be tricky but in the end, its gonna be what the Texans want and not Peyton.
