Far too young. Life is fragile, folks. It is. So sad to hear, especially with young children. This will undoubtedly fall under the radar when a much more publicized alcohol and drug abuser dies with much more fanfare, but this sweet woman with young children dies is a much more tragic thing. I will pray for Tommy and their children. They need some serious help right now.

  48. lacombe44 says: Feb 13, 2012 3:02 PM

Thank you all so kindly for your prayers and thoughts! Ashley was a very beautiful person inside and out! It’s a shock to our entire family! Ashley was my 1st cousin (our moms are sister)! As for those who are leaving the thumbs down are what team you like more. It’s sad! You have no respect for her family and friends. I suggest to you that if you dont have something nice to say don’t say anything at all. You fail to realized that we have lost someone so young. That her kids ages 4 yrs and 5 months lost their mom. That Tommie lost his wife. Have a heart please! Know that our family is human just like you!

  49. beardownngrunt says: Feb 13, 2012 3:24 PM

Maybe PFT should think about disabling coments on stories such as this, most are respectful, but the families do not need the dirspect and thumbs down at a time like this.

What kind of people give a ‘thumbs down’ to comments like “Rest in peace!! Prayers for the family”? God forbid something aweful happen to someone YOU love! This is incredibly sad. I couldn’t imagine what he is going through. I hope you bastards giving thumbs down pull your heads out before it is too late.
    Condolences Harris Family.
