Dennis Allen is making moves to get staff together so everyone will be on the same page. Return to glory! And no whining !
I like the moves so far at least I know the coach is bringing in guys he can trust and share his vision. I read Sean Peyton’s book a year ago and he had mentioned allen’s name as a coach that he would see be successful in the NFL. That’s good enough endorsement for me! Go Raiders!

So refreshing to see a Raider coach hiring his own staff and setting a direction. It may turn out to be a bad hire but at least the franchise is moving forward

Hopefully, Terrell can figure how to use Seymour to help the younger D-lineman get to the QB and stop the run. If he does, the Defense will be top 5 in the NFL. We need more blitzing too but, that’s a LB coaches job.

If I was the Raiders and/or the NFL I would look into marketing their brand in College Station. THAT is loyal and fanatical group down there that supports their Aggies wherever they are.
