He probably doesn’t get a ring as he was not on the roster. He was waived/injured after the injury I believe, and is technically free to sign with anyone. he wouldn’t be allowed to participate in the team programs this spring if he wasn’t under contract with the team. the linked article (written today) mentions that he is under contract with the giants through the 2013 season. it doesn’t say anything about him getting or not getting a ring, though.

Everyone that’s on the active roster, practice squad, or injured reserve gets a ring. He’s been under contract with the team since the season he was drafted so he should.
