Um, my handle is kosarsmyidol, which means I’m a Browns fan. In other words, I’ve seen more of Brady Quinn’s professional career than any sane person should and know which Brady went to Notre Dame. I thought the smiley face afterward would indicate that I was joking.

Frankly, I hope he does get cut and gets a chance to play somewhere else. I know I certainly would mind seeing him as a backup for the Vikings, and he’s a better QB than a lot of teams have.

30 million in cap room because the 9ers have been cheap for the last decade. Of course Panther fans care. Concerned? No. Happy with 6-10? As an improvement from 2-14, yes.

You think that our GM is just gonna sit there and say, oh well we are over the cap…. Come on man. Contracts are going to get restructured, vets will get cut, etc. Our oft injured LBer Thomas Davis will restructure and that alone will get us under the current number.

49ers catch lightning in a bottle this past season and you are bagging on the Panthers? The 9ers have been garbage almost the entire time the Panthers have been in existence. Oh yeah, and one of our 2 wins in 2010 was against your 49ers, so thanks for almost taking us out of the Cam Newton pick. You guys could have beaten us like everybody else so us fans didn’t have to sweat Buffalo losing more games than us.

Hurney will get us under the cap and we will be fine.

Tim Tebow would be a good fit to back up Newton. He plays a similar game as Newton, just 100 times worse.

Maybe he can go there in 2013 after he gets exposed this coming season.

just so happens i was working with a girl at that time who had just graduated from notre dame and volunteered/managed/did something to help out the foot ball team when went to school there. she told me multi stories of what a complete and total entitled d-bag clausen was – and how he was often the but of jokes from other guys on the team. needless to say it was a huge sigh of relief when the bills passed on him, and then not a surprise at all to see him fall so far in the draft.

Other than Newton, nobody had a good season for the Panthers? So not only are you a Niner outsider, you are a NFL outsider as well?

The Panthers had Williams/Stewart/Newton all rush for over 700 yards last year… Thats the first time that’s ever happened in the NFL.

Steve Smith had one of his best years ever… Shockey and Olsen had great years.

Defense is the Panthers problem and that was because of IR… Chris Gamble was a top 5 shut down corner. But you’re right, the Panthers don’t have any talent.

This being said-always hated the Claussen clan as knew Casey in school and he was truly arrogant for a QB who was marginal at best. Jimmy never had a chance in Carolina though-maybe he gets lucky and gets a second chance to at least become a decent backup somewhere else. If nothing else at least there are no more Claussen brothers coming along.
