Hopefully he’s gone. Jets don’t have any cap room so this is really a good move.

Next the jets need to reconstruct/ cut:

1. Sanchez over paid, hes played 3 years so it can be done
2. Pace is so expesive and he’s not M. Williams and is injured prone
3. Scott, over paid and over hyped. Defiently hides the fact D. Harris is way better then him.
4. Holmes, don’t no why he gets paid as if he is a Johnson.
5. Plex, don’t need old wide recivers at 3million, should of saved on TO
6. LT, love the guy but don’t need to spend 1mill on a luxury.
7. Greene, I don’t think he’s a solid RB, I still miss T.Jones. Let’s get Forte if it doesn’t cost a 1st rd draft pic.
8. Cromatrie, didnt play to hard last season n was beat half the time. They need to pay him high since his child support is through the roof.
9. Brunell, do you know how much this guy gets paid. God he can’t even fill in for Sanchez if he gets hurt cause he prob would just get injured himself. Only way to motivate Sanchez that we will get benched is if you get a QB that can take over: Henne, Cambell, Orton, Flynn.

Cutting Bart Scott gives the Jets no cap relief…his money is guaranteed.

As for Mario Williams…it’s not happening, and it shouldn’t. Too many needs on this team. Can’t waste $15M+ per season on a guy who hasn’t played a 16 game season in 2 years.

This couldn’t be further from the truth. While he just had an off year (much like the rest of the whole Jets O-line), he has been solid up to this point. Usually when you don’t hear about an LT it means he’s doing his job.

Dbrick is a 3x pro bowler,09,10,11, hes been everything and more than the Jets could have asked for. How exactly has he underperformed? I dont know where you get off comparing him to Hawk who is a defensive player and Bush who is a RB. Brick is way more accomplished and means more to his team than Hawk and Bush combined mean to theirs. Bad comparasin!! Try watching Brick play and show a little respect honey.
