He may be over zealous at times (ok…most of the time), but he’s passionate and willing to spend. He’s not some cheapskate ex Hollywood producer who’s number 1 priority is to turn a buck, not win a title. Its Jerry the GM that is the problem. From ridiculous contracts…RW, Sensabaugh, Barber, etc to mind numbing draft strategies (2009), its clear he’s in over his head. He truly believes this team is that close to a championship. Time to make a change…bring in a true football mind to make the football decisions. Just keep pouring your money into the product and let qualified football people handle the personnel.

Simple Fix.. hm Move the Combine to a date after free agency starts…

Lets see start free agency on the 3rd week in Feb and then have the Combine the following week.

Not only would it make for more interest at the combine but it would eliminate most of all the lies.
