My god you people and the talk the NFL conspires to have a team in StL no matter what. Yes Khan has a business in Urbana Which is close to both Chicago & St Louis. But if y’all don’t remember Weaver’s company was headquartered in St Louis doesn’t mean that’s where the team ends.

Musicman, we all know where Khan is from, and its proximity to St Louis….but he is here in Jville now, and has done business with our port city for years. We don’t wish other cities to lose their teams, but ours isn’t going anywhere….

Nice try but that isn’t happening. The Jaguars aren’t moving. They have no reason to move. They haven’t had a blackout since 2009 and have averaged over 60k per game the last two years. Shad Khan is pumping money and resources into the team and the city of Jacksonville. St. Louis had the chance to have Khan as their owner but Kroenke blew it for them. The day Kroenke blocked Khan from buying the team may have been the beginning of the end of football in St Louis and may have ultimately been the best thing to happen to football in Jacksonville since getting a team.

No one wants to be the NFL team in LA, they have and will fail. LA is one of the most overated sports town on the planet. It’s a Lakers town, that’s it. All other teams struggle.

Except of course the packers, they will be out of GB in 3 yrs.

The “deal” being offered to move a team to LA is really not all that good and certainly not what Kroenke would want. He does not want to give up ownership of any part of the team and he sure does not want to give up control of the ticket operations. Now he may want to bring a Futbal team there considering the demographic.

Stan Kroenke is trying to buy the Dodgers. If successful, he’s going to want to move the Rams there too. I don’t see the Rams trying to cooperate much on improved Edward Jones dome renovations.
