Don’t you see what is REALLY going on here? He was covertly inserted into the NFL by the CIA in order to learn more information about Brady Quinn. The plan failed for 2 reasons.

A) Quinn was traded for Hillis, so they couldn’t be on the same team.

B) It was obvious something was up. There are no real white running backs in the NFL.

He’s been in the league for four years and has been whining about not getting a big deal since day one. He refuses to take the field with a variety of minor ailments. He has no passion for the game and wants to get paid.

Consider for a minute that Hillis wanted to do this (CIA) before entering the NFL. Pat Tillman left a lucrative NFL career to answer a different calling, and I dare anyone to call him a “head case”. Give the guy a break.

I didn’t believe in the Madden curse, but man, who wouldn’t after every player that graces the cover has something crazy happen to them?

If you look at his stats, you kind of pause and think, this guy is just your average RB, what do the Browns and their fans see in him? I’ve seen a few exciting runs from him but, not much more than that. Its no wonder the organization is hesitant to hand over a long term contract, Hillis is an average back.

Maybe they should try to work a deal out with Buffalo for Freddy Jackson or CJ Spiller?
