Somethings are more important – that rule is during the court proceedings, and is enforced by the Judge. EVERYONE uses a cellphone between or after arraignment , during a break or recess. There are people to be contacted, arrangements to be made, etc. Courts are infamous for numerous delays and people have schedules and deadlines for news stories, events, etc.

In other words, with our third world legal system, the dude has a 50-50 shot of walking free and clear.

What I do not understand is why he would tell the cops he never had sex with her if he had sexual relations with her prior. To me that seems odd that he would not remember if he pulled out or not and here she becomes prego with DNA that matches his.

Sorry but if I am a juror I need to know why he would say this… If not I can not acquit a person unless him or others took the stand that can explain this to me.

I don’t deny Perrish Cox took advantage of her that night. What I believe looks bad on the alleged victim is her statement, “If it was Thomas then I wouldn’t have considered it rape.”

(Demaryius Thomas – who by the way, had his name completely smeared by the media and painted as a bad guy, when cleary he didn’t do anything wrong, by telling Perrish no and leaving the apartment)

She then went on to date another player on the team weeks after the incident, and before she told legal authorities.

Cox, on the other hand, is very luck to have had Harvey as his lawyer.
