Which org is better? Try the Steelers, who won TWO Super Bowls that are more recent than teh Pats last SB “win*”. OR the Giants, also with TWO Super Bowl wins in that same time span. Both more successful more recently than the Pats, who have 3 tainted titles* from almost a decade ago. Nice to see that my posts inflict so much pain on such a crybaby as yourself, a crybaby just like the rest of the New England crybabies who post here.

Bozo State? How many titles does redneck Arkansas have? None in recent history.

BTW, Jarius Wright was the best WR on the Razorbacks last season. The ONLY WR over 1000 yards and the only player with over 10 TDs. Adams was a pretty good punt returner though.

Speaking of carrying clipboards, former Hogs QB Ryan Mallett sure looked good carrying one all of last season…good practice for what will be his job as a career backup.

Joe Adams had just come off of the flu and had a bad day. He has clocked under 4.3 several times and catches everything close to him. If you watched his film you would see his skills. The proof will be after the draft and the Pats have already scheduled him for a meeting in New England. No one is a lock, but this kid is outstanding

Welker has put up a major career so far and looks to be doing it for some more years to come…

if you are playing good enough to get tagged, and you aren’t wasting all your cash on posse and glam life BS, there should be no problem with avoiding all the free agent drama, stress, and risk of not getting paid by just taking the automatic top tier paycheck….

I’m obviously a Pats fan, also, and agree that this patcheatiots (don’t know and don’t care if I typed that the way she does) is a bitter moron. What I have a problem with is you lumping Bills, Dolphins, Ravens fans in with the whiny Jets and Steelers fans. This imbecile is most likely a Jets fan still hurt by that hysterically funny press conference Wes gave back in ’10, where he made all those foot references, which Belichick benched him a series for, by the way.

I’m curious when these people will start piling on Gregg Williams, who rewarded players for knocking people out of games. I won’t hold my breath, though.

A few of the comments on Twitter in response to WW’s tweet are horrible. Why do people act so nasty over the internet to a guy like him? There’s ABSOLUTELY NOTHING hatable about him. He’s everything you want as a teammate and player. I was so happy when the Pats traded for him because I loved him when he was in a Miami uni. Why can’t people appreciate a person and player like him even when he doesn’t play for their squad? For example I love the heck out of DeMarcus Ware and I’m a Pats fan. Standup guy, great player. You have to love Wes. Great player. Hard worker. Great dry sense of humor. Possibly the smartest guy (common sense) to come out of Oklahoma since Will Rogers. The tag is being used only to buy some time. Welker will get a 4 or 5 year deal for around 30-35 million before the start of the season and the Pat’s WILL pursue Mike Wallace. Whether or not they’re successful is a different story…

Here’s one Ravens fan that thinks Welker is great! Working the slot means you are going to be trying the catch the ball in traffic with someone about to knock your head off as soon as you touch the ball…so stop with the “butterfingers” talk. He’s also getting passes that are on the ground or behind him, and pulls in most of them. I don’t know if he can keep that up until age 37, but for now, he is one of the best slot receivers now,,,or maybe ever. It sounds more like narrow-minded Squealers fans. If they lost to the Pats the way we did, they’d still be finding some illegal formation or some other foul the refs missed…instead of just admitting that they lost the game with dropped balls or missed FGs. Just take the defeat like a man and look forward to next year.

He doesn’t want to go anywhere, he knows NE w/Brady is the best place for him. IMO he doesn’t hold out either, he doesn’t seem wired like that. Besides, most guys that hold out are at the end of rookie contracts, where it doesn’t cost them as much(ie Mankins), rather than making 9.6mil guaranteed. After the Stevie Johnson contract, it shouldn’t be that hard to slot Welker between that amount and what the top guys like Fitzgerald make on a long term deal.
