The New Orleans Saints is a very elite team after getting a smart coach and a good defensive coach to teach a team like the New Orleans Saints from years of let downs. To a team that learn how to hold their own on the field knowing how to play aggressive ball like all the other NFL teams. Now the other teams have a problem with the team they always run over every season, now they done rebuild every team is saying they are trying to hurt other players. Complainting to the NFL commissioners because the New Orleans Saints is the WHO DAT NATION meaning who dat say they going to whip them Saints. The NFL and all the WHO DAT haters open your eyes if the Saints were bounty hunters or head hunters if this was the case the Saints should have been playing in the Super Bowl also have the worse defense in the lead. Mr. Goodell knows how far the New Orleans Saints come to be where they at today and the pass years we as Saints fans we understand everybody has a job to do but do it earnestly if the NFLPA want to do they own investigation there's nothing wrong with that if the NFL just want to make and example out of the Saints because they are one of the top teams in the lead.

@cleanskip...Then you need to take the pats SBs wins away too they cheated to win and the games were shown to be tainted. I would however would like to see the players list that where players were taken out of the game and changed the outlook of the games. Where as what the pats did had a HUGE out come of the games. Since bellidick learned to read or were told the rules they havent won a SB,so one can say by them cheating was a HUGE advantage and should have their SBs taken away.
Now for what the idiot coach did he should be fined and gone for a year,Payton - fined and gone for 4 games.I am NOT a fan or dislike the saints.

The Saints as a team should forfeit the Super Bowl, there is no place in sports for paid hit men. That is exactly what it comes down to. The personnel involved should also face criminal charges, along with members of coaching staff should be black balled from ever coaching at any level. Members of Pro sports teams are set up on a pedestal and need to be punished like any other person.

I am amazed at how many people think this behavior is a ok! Most former players say it has been going on forever and is just the nature of NFL play. A seemingly majority of people don't even try to differentiate between plays designed to intentionally cripple a player and plays which are legal according to the rules !It seems that the ends justify the means regardless, of the legality of the play. With this kind of mindset, the current emphasis over the last few years on concussions and player safety seem like a joke !You can be sure Roger Goodell is not laughing !

The organization, coaching staff and management team will get very harsh penalties. Players will be hand slapped.
--------------------------------------------------------------
As it should be. I think the league does a great job of dealing with player misconduct. In the case of the Saints though, I feel the players should receive the least amount of punishment for this coach instituted program. Williams, Peyton, and Loomis, should be the ones who receive the harshest discipline along with the entire organization.
