He is a very solid run defender, but in the pass game he simply can not break off of blocks. He is just glued to 1 lineman. Very 1-dimensional player, and that’s not what I look for in a starter. IMO, Dorsey’s spot is one of the next in line for an upgrade. And I love Glen as a person and leader, just a bad fit scheme wise
