The Texans would be wise to spend that money on re signing C Meyers, #2 TE Dreesen, finding a legit #2 WR who can stretch the field , and getting some depth at OLB to replace Williams. A safety wouldn’t hurt either because personally I think Quinn is too small. Obviously, some of those can be addressed via the draft, but you get the drift.
