New Colts head coach Chuck Pagano is looking to bring one of his old Baltimore players with him to Indianapolis.
Cory Redding, a defensive end who has played for Pagano in Baltimore the last two years, is making a free agent visit to Indianapolis, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported.
The 31-year-old Redding played 15 games for the Ravens last season, starting 11 and recording 4.5 sacks. If the Colts trade Dwight Freeney, Redding could be an option for the starter opposite Robert Mathis in Indianapolis.
Redding checks in at No. 76 on our Free Agent Hot 100.

Redding was a beast this year.
I do not think Freeney is trade-able, I think the only way they get rid of him is to cut him.
His numbers are too high for a one dimensional player.
He will probably be one of many ex-Ravens going to the Colts.
Would be a shame…he spoke openly & often about the joy of playing for a winner after being with the Lions per-resurgence. Good guy…I’d hate to see him have to settle on a losing squad again.
Maybe redskins will trade for Freeney, they like colts leftovers, pierre Gar-bage
Wouldn’t he be a 3-4 DE in this system. I think it’d be a great addition.

Yes. The “opposite Mathis” comment was weird considering Mathis will be an OLB in the 3-4 and Redding is obviously a 3-4 DE.
Not sure how they are going to trade Freeney without taking either a hit financially (or lower picks), but Redding would be a stellar addition to the Colts D!! Do it!
