While at the same time pursuing free agent quarterback Peyton Manning, the Tennessee Titans are actively keeping their own.
Terry McCormick of Titan Insider reports that the team has agreed to terms with safety Jordan Babineaux, who’s been a priority for the team to keep since last season ended. Babineaux will be Tennessee’s starting strong safety in 2012, playing across from franchise player Michael Griffin. Griffin is the free safety.
John Glennon of the Nashville Tennessean also reports that the club has retained linebacker Patrick Bailey. Bailey received a multi-year deal. He is a core special teamer.
