Only BOZOBRAINS would take Eli over Peyton or Brady. Eli's defence has won the Giants post season games. Only BOZOBRAINS think any QB wins the post season. Teams win and DF plays the biggest part of that in playoffs. Do ya really think Eli held the Pats who averaged 34 points a game to 17 points in the Super Bowl?

Not sure why an opinion from a former player is a big deal or why people are still concerned about his "arm". The Colts were the ones who leaked all that bad press about his "health" and they have a history of not telling the truth about their injuries. So why beleive them now?

I would rather predict and put money on the guy who's one 4 Mvp's a SuperBowl and obviously a guy who's carried a franchise on his back for years. If he says he's "ready" and he's putting his name on the line, I'll go with him.

I like Nelson Stokley’s boy, but I’m not buying this. If Manning could make all the throws when he was in Denver seeking a multi-million dollar contract he would have had Broncos coaches watching him do it, not spending his valuable time tossing passes in secret to his pal.

And Peyton would be stating publicly that he can do everything he has done in the past, because this would drive his contract value up. He would be showing videos of him throwing deep outs and go routes.

He’s not doing these things because he can’t. He just wants some billionaire’s certified check for nine figures. Not that there’ anything wrong with that, but please stop pretending that Peyton is about anything but the money

“High Level” for Peyton means putting up big numbers in a dome during the regular season then getting knocked out in the first round of the playoffs. Sorry Peyton fans, get back to me when he manages a winning record in the playoffs. I’d rather have Eli in a big game.
----------

It's a lot easier for Eli to win playoff games when his defense is holding elite offenses to less than 20 points in every single one of his playoff wins.

Giants D held Pats to 14 points, Pats again to 17 points, Falcons to 0 points, Packers to 17 points and so on... Eli's D in the playoffs holds teams to an average of 14 points, while Peytons D holds teams to 22 points in the playoffs.

Colts D would have gotten mopped up and given up 30+ points against any decent offense. When Manning plays the Pats, he's gotta throw up 35+ points to get a win while Eli has to have 1 "clutch" drive to get to 20 points and he's a hero? What a joke...

I like Nelson Stokley's boy, but I'm not buying this.

He's not doing these things because he can't. He just wants some billionaire's certified check for nine figures. Not that there' anything wrong with that, but please stop pretending that Peyton is about anything but the money.

So no one else in line? Titans, Broncos, Cards, Miami. I say that's the order at the moment. Back to the condo, get the yellow legal pad out, do the Franklin method of preparation for a major decision, and they come out in the order listed above.
As a Colts fan, would have rather seen him in Texans colors until finding what an ass their owner is, but just something about the Titans that I've never liked. Still, feel like that will be the spot.
Also a Bears fan and if Brandon Marshall stays out of prison, and Forte is back, that will make up for a super suck couple of years for the Colts.
