They are one of the smallest markets in the league, haven’t won a playoff game in 19 years, haven’t been to a Super Bowl in 40 years, and have a desperate, pathetic owner that comes on TV and begs for high profile free agents to just talk to them.

Look back to his days in Carolina he had Kris Jenkins who’s measurables compare favorably to Soliai. Will be an excellent signing if they get him.
