PFT Live: Russert beaming over Mario Williams signing

Luke Russert of NBC News says it’s a “beautiful day in America” as the Buffalo Bills signed top defensive free agent Mario Williams. Russert predicts this addition will change the market in upstate New York, and the organization will become playoff contenders this season.
