On Friday afternoon, Pro Bowl fullback Michael Robinson announced via Twitter that he’ll be staying with the Seahawks.

Robinson has spent two seasons in Seattle, after four in San Francisco.

Brian McIntyre reports that the contract has a base value of $5 million over two years.

The deal contains no signing bonus. Robinson will receive a $1.5 million base salary in 2012, as well as a first-year roster bonus of $1 million. His 2013 salary will be $2.5 million.

Robinson can earn another $250,000 via incentives based on Pro Bowl berths.

His first one came in 2011, as the alternative to Packers fullback John Kuhn.
