On Thursday morning, a report surfaced that tight end Jeremy Shockey would like to return to the Giants. Former Giants receiver Amani Toomer responded by indicating that the Giants probably don’t feel the same way.
Toomer, who explained during Super Bowl week that Shockey hampered the development of Eli Manning by constantly demanding the ball, called Shockey on Twitter a “bad teammate” and a “worse person.”
Toomer joined PFT Live to discuss his views and the Twitter fight that followed. Toomer also offered up his thoughts on whether Big Blue should give the even bigger green to Mario Manningham now and Victor Cruz later.
