Hasselbeck made lemonade out of lemons in Tennessee last year.

People forget they finished last in the AFC South in 2010, and that was with Chris Johnson and Kenny Britt.

manning’s last 13 starts: 8-5. includes no playoff wins.

I don’t think Tebow is a great QB, but the irony of it is that he can win football games, and I believe he can even win Super Bowls.

Put him in a West Coast offense, similar to what the old 49ers had and John Elway, and put great receivers around him, and the irony of it all is that he will be even better than the best QB’s. His ability to galvanize a team is unparalleled to any QB we’ve seen.

I’m not saying Brees, Brady, and Manning aren’t great leaders and can do the same, but I truly believe Tebow takes it to a whole other level. His passion, calmness, and belief is highly contagious. That is one of the reasons for his unexplainable success.

Yes, of course, Because Stephen Ross has such a history of making sound, reasonable football decisions and would NEVER consider bringing someone in because that didn’t fit the offense only because they would sell tickets. Perish the thought!

If Flynn lands in Miami, Manning in Denver, 49ers resign Smith, Hassel remains in TN, where goes Tebow? Cleveland? I do think he would do better than Colt in a play action West Coast offense.

If Hass was to be cut or be put on the trading block, there would be many teams jumping at the chance to get him. He would instantly become the best FA QB on the market.. Just like last year….. And FTR there was only one game where Locker came in because Matt was ineffective, and two more where Matt got hurt.. Locker really only played in 3 games, and took a few snaps in the other 2..

I’ve been saying this forever but Tebow would be a great addition to virtually any NFL team, just not as a starting QB. Use him in short yardage situations or to run down the clock with the zone read or just to throw some spice at opponents and force them to prepare for what he can do.

As a starter he’ll never put up big points. Plain and simple. Team has all week to just prepare for what he can do and there is no contest. He’s easy to stop. But if you just have him in your back pocket, or coming off the bench due to injury, he’s totally solid.

I like Matt Hasselbeck, but there were 4 games where Jake locker had to come in and substitute for him because Hasselbeck wasn’t playing well.

Four games that ultimately were losses were bad for a team that was able to go to the playoffs!!!!

I think he can still play, but I truly feel he needs to be a back up that has to fill in for a struggling or injured QB.

As far as Hasselbeck is concerned, the Titans would still be on the hook due to the guarantee amount in his contract. In my opinion, if they did sign Manning, wouldn’t it make more sense to keep Hasselbeck? 1. It’s an insurance policy because they have no idea how Peyton will react to getting hit during a game. 2. I would think if a team is desperate enough, they would make a trade of somehow to acquire Hasselbeck’s services. He still has something left in the tank and could help a team.

I don’t recall the cap number or the hit the Titans would take for keeping him versus cutting him. I don’t think it was that much more if they kept him….so he might as well stay put on the roster. It wouldn’t hurt.

Dolphins should land Flynn…younger and future……but get him some offense around him or he won’t succeed. Hasselback is on the back end of his career as was Peyton. Tebow is a bust and why would anyone want him for a starter.

The next “curse of the Bambino” is going to be applied to Denver should they trade Tebow. He won’t be stopped and someone will teach him how to throw. It should be Manning. That would be a hell of a Manning Passing Camp for Tebow to sit a couple more years and soak it in. Ain’t like he’s going to get too old. Trade him at your own peril, Denver.
