Getty ImagesJeremy Fowler of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports that the Cardinals have released interior offensive lineman Rex Hadnot.
Hadnot, 30, was Arizona’s starting right guard for all 16 games in 2011. The Cardinals have replaced him with Adam Snyder. Hadnot’s release took Arizona off the hook for a $1.5 million base salary.
Hadnot is a backup-caliber lineman, but he can play both guard spots and center. That versatility should help him find a new job in unrestricted free agency.

WHO ????
Hadnot impressed the coach, apparently
Uhhh Falcons dude even though you just picked up Vince Manuwai who played left guard his career bring about this Rex Hadnot ‘cos the right guards last year like totally blew chunks from Garrett Reynolds to center of the future Joe Hawley and this guy is another vet to look at you haven’t brought anyone else big time in and this guy won’t cost an arm and a leg and versatility is what Mike Smith likes in the O-line it is was a Paul Boudreau thing too but he’s gone now but this guy has center experience too current vet Todd McClure I love but might want to leave for other pastures so another guy in the mix to replace the much missed Harvey Dahl the Rams enforcer.
I guess he Hadnot fulfilled the Cards expectation!!!!!!!
Quality backup G/C
Waiting for more hadnot jokes
He shouldn’t be out of work for very long.
Rex Hadnot fit in the teams plans.
Wasn’t he in Cleveland a few years ago? And the Dolphins?

He wouldn’t have had not, if he had been; and if he had not been, he would have had not…..
