I am a long time Dolphin Fan and I appreciate you feeling sorry for me but don’t. I am not defined by being a Dolphin Fan. There is much more to my being than that. I wish they would make some better decisions and win some more games but in the grand scheme of life it’s really not a big deal. I’ll be alright if they go 16 – 0 or 0-16. I’ll be alright if they win 10 more SB’s before I move on or if they never play in another one. But, dammit can somebody make a frickin decision and close a deal, any deal. My God, sign somebody already. Go Fins.

As an observer of Harbaugh for years here in northern California, it’s obvious that QB’s will have more success in his system, and it’s also obvious that Alex Smith is nothing special.

I don’t watch them a ton, but I have nothing against them. My point is more that it seems that if you have a quarterback who is successful in your system (regardless of what you think about that quarterback on their own), that you would try and keep continuity and keep up your success. Of course I understand why someone would want Peyton, but I don’t understand why not be sure you keep Alex Smith.

That’s just the problem …… seems like EVERY quarterback since Marino has been asleep on offense. They hardly need another.

I like Matt Flynn in the two games we’ve seen him in, but with just two games under his belt, I doubt he could run ANY offense “in his sleep.

You are delusional. First, they said THAT offense. He could do it. Its the only one hes learned, studied and had worked into him for the past few years. GB is known for their extensive QB school in the offseason that still includes Mike McCarthy and Tom Clements, used to include Joe Philbin. Miami is the best place for him to succeed quickly. Yes we only have two games of him but he did more in those two starts than he Kolb did in his seven. Flynn has also show no signs of wavering durability either. Quit hatin and blame what the obvious problem in Miami has been, no QB has been given a true chance, not Henne, no Moore, not Clemens, no one. Flynn, with a chance, will succeed.

Nope, and it’s funny how players have great years and want more money “because we don’t get guaranteed contracts” but when they spend the year on IR or have a crap year they don’t try to give any back. It is what it is, and I’d prefer to not hear those complaints unless they give their money back when they stink or are hurt (which I think would be silly, just as public whining and holding out when you are UNDER CONTRACT is).

Then why are they after Peyton? Just put Harbaugh out on the field or let him take someone like John Beck and turn him into a winner

2. Yeah, John Beck. Sounds good. Put him on the Niners, and we’re back in the playoffs. And you know it’s true because Harbaugh will coach him up and simultaneously hide his flaws.
