ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports that the Cardinals have agreed to terms on a deal that will keep free agent receiver Early Doucet in Arizona.

Statistically, Doucet set career highs across the board in 2011 while working in the slot between Larry Fitzgerald and Andre Roberts. Though Roberts was technically the “starter” and Doucet played only in three-receiver sets, Doucet was the more productive player.

The No. 95 overall free agent on the PFT Hot 100, Doucet figures to play the same role in 2012.
