1- You are just assuming the Browns even want to trade out. The cavalier way you say “Trade Gabbart to the Browns for the #4 pick” is hilarious. Like the Browns should be grateful for the offer.

2- There is no way, even if the Browns DID want to trade down, that they would trade that pick straight up for Gabbard. Did you not see what the Redskins just traded for #2? You’re looking at Gabbard, the #7 plus a 3 this year (if you don’t give that up for Tebow). The Browns could insist on their #2. The Jags need way more than what they’d be left with to be remotely competitive.

Well in order for it to be a “race”, there has to be actual competition for his services. To date there is none. Hell, he doesn’t even have one team on record stating they want him. Only “un-named sources” from the Jets. I like the kid and all, but there is no demand for his services as a QB. The only people who can’t see that are his mindless Bible thumping followers………not exactly the perfect illustration for objectivity and rational thought.

So the Jets don’t want Manning because they have faith in Sanchez, but they do want Tebow? I thought I would never say this, but I’m starting to feel a little bit sorry for Jet fans.
