When Dez said that his mom works for his dad, Ireland should have said “Doing what?” Not ask if she was a prostitute. He should know better, he should know that in today’s overblown media coverage, that statement would be taken out of context and he would be blasted on every media outlet out there. His image is more damaging than his actual personality or demeanor. Perception is reality, and his perception is not that good right now.

There is no reason to ask what his mother or father does, they are not the ones who will be playing for him. Instead, he should have asked how Dez planned to use his finances, as that seems to be an issue that can impact his ability to play football… as in serving time for not paying his bills…

Saying Ross has swung and missed on a lot of big names is not accurate enough. They lost out on those coaches because of Ireland and they are likely losing out on players because of this guy as well.

And ever since Sapp made those comments about Russ Hochstein, I knew he was what I thought he was.
