Lost in what very well may have been the craziest 24 offseason hours in NFL history is the fact that Chiefs G.M. Scott Pioli joined PFT Live on Wednesday. And instead of asking him 15 minutes of questions about why Peyton Manning didn’t want to play for the Chiefs (one minute was more than enough), I focused on some of the other players the Chiefs have been able to round up during the past few weeks.
From the decision to sign running back Peyton Hillis to the unexpected availability of right tackle Eric Winston to the question of whether Brady Quinn will have a chance to take the starting quarterback job, we covered a bunch of ground in the last few quiet moments before all hell broke loose in the NFL.
Now that things have begun to slow down (a little), take a listen.

that’s great, but who are the CHEFS?
@trueski21
The chiefs and the hunt family are the reason you have this thing called a superbowl…Learn your history you tool.
Great Googley Moogley, trueskie21..
Didn’t you see that commercial with the Kansas City Chefs in the endzone.. or are you way to young – like 12?
Too bad the Chiefs haven’t won a playoff game in 19 years.
Should move the stadium to Johnson County, where the REAL Chiefs fans live!
@ sulli it is too bad that the Chiefs haven’t one a playoff game in 19 years.
Now please explain how moving to JOCO will change that?
Are you really that much of a tool or do you just pretend to be one on the message boards?
